It was decided that to change the format of meetings in that visits to particular sites will be part of the day’s proceedings for some of the meetings. (we have agreed to schedule two meetings that will be business meetings, and four that will be site visits). The aim of site visits in each case to be to:

• Familiarise ourselves with current conditions and issues locally
• Familiarise local families with the campaign and enlist support
• Invite local representatives, local authority officials and local press to meeting in afternoon to highlight issues/concerns and to promote the campaign
